Applicants for hourly paid, entry level positions in Sandersville must apply first at the Georgia Department of Labor, 156 Roberson Mill Road in Milledgeville, Georgia. Employment applications for hourly paid, entry level positions at the Reedy Creek plant in Wrens, Georgia are accepted at the plant on designated days announced by management to the workforce. Ordinarily, qualified applicants for these positions will be selected for a formal interview on site with management and a job sample designed to evaluate their suitability for the work. Offers of employment are made contingent upon the final candidate passing a physical exam including a drug screen and a background check.

Applicants for all other positions may submit a resume as openings occur in their field. These openings may be communicated through the Thiele website, employees, newspaper advertisements, online recruiting services, the Georgia Department of Labor, trade and professional magazines, and outside recruiting firms. All candidates will be required to authenticate their credentials and work history and undergo a selection process designed for the job opening.
